Got fed up lyk most of the time.. VALUEBLE LESSON LEARNT: 1)As a chairman pls be more open to ur committee suggestions
2) Take into consideration ur comitee members feelings. In short, Dun be a stone.
3) Dun behave lyk a lunatic and control emotions.
4) Segregate the work evenly. If u dun wan then dun complain..
